I signed up for the month-to-month membership specifically because we told the front desk when joining that we would be moving to Europe soon. We were assured that the more expensive month-to-month option would allow us to cancel easily when we left. When we cancelled, we were told February would be the final billing month, and they said our membership was no longer active the last few days of February. This is the second time we’ve had issues with billing and membership cancellation here, resulting in hundreds of dollars of unauthorized charges. Both times I moved and submitted written cancellation, and both times we were told our membership had been successfully cancelled and paid in full. Despite that, additional charges were processed afterward. The first time it required calling and back and forth to get the charge refunded. Now it has happened again. Just joined this month, I have to say im incredibly impressed by this gym. Having come from another local franchise gym this is like night and day. The availability of machines, classes, a sauna and other nice add ons really does it for me. Cant say enough great things about this place.
