Wow! If I could give more stars, I would! I had the guys come in and repair a bunch of broken ropes + tune-up several of my classic wood windows in our 1928 tudor. All the windows open and close freely, no more books holding the windows open. They were quick, cleaned up after each day, and very professional. I wish I would have called them 20 years ago.

Had a window reroped so it was operable. Very knowledgeable and appreciative of old homes and original windows.

Another local business which knows which side of the bread to butter. I was leading a failing attempt to find glides for a window in my 1930 bungalow. Not only no one I visited or called carried this part, but no one even knew where they could be found anywhere. I didn't believe this, and called every phone number that a Google search provided, until I found Old Time Window. A human answered. No phone prompts, queues, or robots. Scott and Jason from Old Time Windows repaired over 40 original pulley-style windows in our Kansas City home. This was a large project and they were incredibly professional, diligent, efficient, and highly skilled. Our home is approximately 100 years old and almost none of the original windows were able to open because the pulley cords were broken or just stuck (and even the ones that could open were a struggle).
