This was a mixed bag. We had the golden ticket for a free photo and got there right as they opened. We got dressed and our pictures taken pretty fast and that was great and the staff was at that time also great. From there things went downhill. The store got very busy and once our pictures were done we were sent to change and from there we were left to wait almost a hour as the staff took more pictures of other customers. First time doing old time photos with the family, and it was such a fun experience. Timeless memories and the photos turned out beautiful. The entire staff was great, especially our photographer Bash. Would definitely recommend!

We have done this multiple times, but had the best experience today by far with Briana, the short blonde! She was so fun and happy, and made our time wonderful!
