Mike was extremely accommodating and returned my phone calls promptly. They came out and cleaned our chimney leaving no mess at all. Mike was very easy to talk to and answered all my questions. Also, they are based right here in Selah, it is always good to keep things local. I will use Old Time Chimney Sweeps in the future.
property owner did not accurately give me information, chimney was in terrible shape , drove by and could tell it was not a job i wanted to do period,
Nothing fancy. Got the job done and had no scheduling problems like the other reviewer. It was a little interesting, he quoted me $200 on the phone, then it changed to $250 a chimney (I have two but I told him this on the phone). Then he gave me a discount to $200 a chimney since I have two. Ended up at $400. Go figure???
Very poor customer service.
If there was a way i could put 0 stars i would. I was scheduled to meet "mike" at a property for a chimney clean for a resident of mine. (im a property manager) He never showed up. Called and he literally told me "oh yeah, i drove by and im not gonna take on that project... its a really old building..." HELLO! look at the NAME of your business!!! Never called to say he wouldn't be there or anything. SO unprofessional! I don't recommend this guy to ANYONE!!!
