Incredibly rude receptionist… Tried scheduling a new appt for my 2.5 year old for flu shot and she has a cough and she refused to even take my info or schedule anything because I need to get her previous records sent over before doing anything? Ma’am I work at a doctors office and I could have brought her records in or had them sent over after the appt was made. Denying sick children is disgusting. Marie and the doctors there, do better with your staff.
Amazing practice, had to get a last minute appointment and they helped so much!
I’ve been going to Old Tappan Pediatric for almost 20 years, we love Dr Hages and Dr Rothenberg.
