This is such a charming place! There's a labyrinth right across the street from this place.
We stayed at Old Taos Guesthouse in Aug for 3 days to celebrate our anniversary and it was a great experience!! This was the first time going to Taos since moving to ABQ and we loved it!! The B&B was located in a quiet and beautiful part of town and the property was gorgeous. Julia was an awesome hostess and the food was very good. We will definitely be back!
Unfortunately we had a terrible experience with checking out. They were actually yelling at my wife because we waited to leave at 11, check out time. They knocked on the door as we rested. I answered, we are staying until 11. Next they brought the leaf blower around our door. Twice. Then the woman with the leaf blow starts yelling at my wife as she is walking to the truck. We stayed at the Old Taos Guesthouse for three nights, and it was pure peace from start to finish. Each evening, we watched the sunset with a glass of wine and met the most amazing people — it felt like a little community of travelers. Breakfast each morning was absolutely delicious, and Njoc was an incredible host — welcoming, kind, and full of great local tips. What a gem! Close parking, beautiful grounds, comfortable nicely-decorated room, great communication to/from innkeeper, homemade breakfast, courteous staff! Well worth our stay!
