Ian is a true gem. Arranged to replace my gas hob, arrived as planned and on time. Sent me a text to say he was on his way. I didn't realise I needed to empty the drawers below the hob but he took it in his stride and emptied them for me....he even wiped the base of the drawer when he finished. Very tidy and polite workman. Would highly recommend.
