This place is owned by crooks. I took my vintage 50's electric Hotpoint stove (and an $80 vintage switch I found on ebay to assist in the repair) there for an evaluation and was given the run around for two months. Many unanswered, unreturned phone calls. When I did get a hold of someone they said their technician was tracing a short. Then again poor communication. Can't even begin to tell you guys how much frustration this place has caused us. We've spent more money on replacing food from our fridge than the damn fridge costs us. They would text us saying they were on their way, not show up and then nothing for weeks. The delivery guys and clerks were pleasant but then ignore us and left us hanging. The first time they delivered it took then 10hrs to show up. Its been almost 3 months and we have not been taken care of. They don't deserve a penny more from anyone.
Bought my fridge a year ago and its been perfect. My mother just bought her washer and dryer in may and a small fridge on Friday and can't be happier. Thank you for helping her out
This place has to be the worst got a washer on 3-4-16 got home hookd it up and first try it starts to leak water from under the washer WoW. Calld made an app for the following sat had to cancel made it for today monday 3-20-16 from 10am to 12 noon no-one shows up called an a (professional technician) with a name Eddie tells me that if the washer had been deliverd or did i picked it up? because if i picked it up an dropped it from the truck i took it in then it was my fault and that won't get coverd by the 3 month anything pa... read more
