She is the best
I want to start by saying that I genuinely appreciate my doctor and the care I receive during appointments. I feel listened to, respected, and supported medically, which is extremely important to me. However, my experiences with some of the reception staff have been inconsistent and, at times, quite distressing. Dr. Thompson has been incredible to work with in my pregnancy and beyond. I can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. She allows me to participate in my own care and always listens to my concerns and explains things to me in a way I can understand. My appointments always run on time. Her staff are also very kind and professional and I can always trust them to pick up the phone when I call.
