One word - RUN! You know you have chosen the wrong landscaping company when... -You have to ask them if they are actually going to work because they don't show up without you constantly asking -The customer ends up doing most of the work you contracted then to do in order to stay on schedule -They underbid the project by more than 25% -They give you excuse after excuse on any concerns you bring to their attention -They don't stand behind their work and if they do anything, you regret inquiring -And so much more...... We had trouble with water pooling in our driveway and at times seeping into our crawl space. Old South came out, suggested a solution, then implemented it well. They fixed my problem.

Booked an appointment for 2 weeks out since it was first available. Gave him my address and he scheduled 2:00 for a time to meet. The day of he was supposed to be here at 2:00 pm. At 2:30 no show so I called, only to find out over the phone they do not travel this far to do a job. According to him, he said he tried to call that morning to let me know; however, I had no missed calls. All of this is very unprofessional and a terrible way to to business. Very unprofessional when to comes to making and keeping an appointment. I called to make an appointment for a consult for getting a patio done. They said they were very busy and I booked an appointment 1 month out. They called me the day of the appointment and said due to scheduling conflict they can’t make it. I reschedule for the next day, same time. They did a no call no show. This is very unprofessional and I adjusted all my meetings to be able to make this appointment to work.
