Horrible Customer Service! – Although this company may be good at what it does, their customer service is not customer friendly. Over the past month I have called the owner three times to ask for a fax copy of my contract. Although he has promised it to me several times, I have yet to receive it. In addition, my billing does not look accurate. This is why I need the contract copy to compair the billing to the contract. Let's just say I do not have a warm fuzzy feeling about them.
