We booked a load (single coil) from their location and arrived exactly at the scheduled appointment time. Upon arrival, the load was suddenly rejected because our driver had his child with him — something that was never mentioned as an issue prior. It’s clear they found a cheaper truck and used this as an excuse to bump us off the load. Now they’re dodging our calls and refusing to pay the Truck Order Not Used (TONU). Drives recklessly on the highway. Was on the far left driving an overload and was also flashing beam lights for people to get out of the way and going way faster and close than they should’ve been. 11/25/24 6:32 pm in Howe city
The truck was blocking both lanes of a 2 lane highway in Illinois for over 2.5 miles, blocking any and all traffic, and weaving violently across the highway. Never use this company!
