Went online for an estimate for wasp removal. Never got a quote as they stated they would do.
After being a customer for over 3 and 1/2 years. I was overcharged for services that I did not change. Back in October or November I called to let the office know that I would be switching from monthly services to every other month. Technician still showed up the following month and I paid the invoice. Call the office reminded them that I was every other month. I was told that my rate would not change.
