Our room was so dirty, dusty and had cobwebs hanging from the ceiling. When we brought it to the owners attention she was extremely rude. We have never had a business owner speak to us the way she did. She told us to leave and that she didn’t like renting to people like us anyway. We said we would gladly leave just give us our money back and she wouldn’t. Do not rent these cabins unless you go look at them first. I have lots of pictures I can share.
Couldn't have been more perfect! Our camping trip in NC got cancelled due to inclement weather so we headed to TN on a whim with no reservations for the night. Found this online and went to the office. The owners were so nice and accommodating to us. The cabin itself overlooked the Smokies and had a large hot tub on the deck. Exactly what we were looking for and paid way less than the cheap hotel we booked the night before. Loved it and will definitely be back again!
We stayed in Creekside, we loved the cabin and the creek was awesome. The cabin could have been cleaner. But overall it was great. It had everything we wanted, hot tub, creek out back, fire pit. We cooked and the kitchen had everything we needed.
We stayed there this past week. The cabin itself was not clean. The floors have not been cleaned in some time. My socks were black on the bottom from walking around inside for a few minutes. The appliances (microwave and oven) were very dirty. The bathroom was dirty and one toilet actually had mold in it. There were layers of dust on the furniture and the door locks are not in the best shape. The creek behind the cabin was nice and peaceful to listen too. Disappointef. My patents made rrservations 4 days ago n had to cancel due to a funeral. Refused a refund . Will not be back.
