Staff is great & helpful. Evertime i meet someone new or old I always .mention my smoker & how it works. I loves smoking with. Mesquite when I was in western Ny I would use apple & maple. Great place to go if u need a darn good smoker try OLD SMOKIE made in Houston ,Tx
