This is a great gym for anyone serious about their training. You've got all the heavy iron you need and a huge range of equipment to cover every workout. It's the kind of place where you can really push yourself and leave feeling like you put in some serious work.
Cool place first time going in and right away fell in love with it and love the old school vibes and the machine..... respect to the old skool guys that set the bar for us and helping to keep the real gym vibes going
Awesome gym and everyone is super friendly and welcoming. Only monolift in town so if you’re an equipped lifter in the area, this is your place to go. Update: I lived in the area for a year and was only treated like family by everyone I interacted with and made friends with. Eric and Darren run one of the best gyms I’ve ever trained at and I was very sad to have to leave.
My favorite and only place to work out.
