Local bank. Used to be West Suburban. That's when they were 5-stars. They went from excellent to meh because of the purchase. Several fees increased. The website for West Suburban was excellent. Old second purchased them, they could have kept the better site. Now it's mediocre. A real shame based on how expensive good tech can be. Working on moving to a different bank. Supremely dissatisfied.
