Everytime I tried to process a transaction, it took multiple trips to the bank and their typical response was always "sorry, but we can't do that". I was not requesting them to do anything unreasonable; just provide helpful service for a difficult and complicated family loss. I chose to use Fifth Third bank once it became clear that Old Second Natl Bank would not provide the type of service they should be providing in a competetive banking world.

Poor customer service, wouldnt honor a printed check that was issued by their own company, typical Bank withholding funds, for their own profit. Wanting an account opened to receive my own money.
The whole staff, especially personal banker Richard Kochan, were very helpful in handling the accounts for my mother’s trust. They made a stressful situation much more comfortable.
