I called and scheduled an appt. Everything was locked in. I had my tenant remove curtains etc to prepare for appt and he never even showed up. I called and texted him multiple times to see if he was still coming and he never even answered back.

I called them twice to get a quote but never heard back from them. I then call Great White cleaning, for my windows, and they did an OUTSTANDING job.

I selected this company because of the glowing reviews but was very disappointed in the owner's lack of professionalism. He did a fabulous job on the windows when he worked, but he didn't seem to value the job. He arrived hours later than the scheduled time, left because it was getting dark, came late the following day, washed a few windows and then went to his car to spend time with his companion who accompanied him, washed a few more windows, and left with a promise to return within the week to finish washing the outside o... read more
