RecommendedOld School Tile has a wonderful selection of tile and great customer service! They also had suggestions when we asked about someone to install our backsplash. Jackie Talbot did the work and did a fabulous job. She was also someone that we felt was very trustworthy and could work in our home without us being there. All in all, we are very satisfied with the end product. We love our backsplash!

Highly recommend buying from old school tile. Great customer service and great products.
They need to follow through on what is ordered and promised. Totally unhappy with service and product. Ordered a 4 x 6 sheet of tile for my kitchen Island that we would have cut down to 3 x 5. Was told it would be 2 weeks. Then covid hit... When it was available for pickup 6 weeks later the owner didn't want to drive into Chicago to get it. So he showed us some different tile he had in stock. We said ok but this is what we want. They would have to cut it from a larger piece of tile they have in stock. We went to Old School Tile looking for a specific tile for our back splash for our newly renovated kitchen. They were very helpful and ordered us a sample which we loved. We ordered our tile in early March and then COVID-19 hit and many businesses were closed and states went on lock down. Tom was so helpful and was able to order our tile and even delivered it to our home since I couldn't drive due to recent foot surgery. As a contractor, there is nowhere I would rather send my homeowners to find floor coverings for their home. The sign outside the front door says you walk in as customers and leave as friends. This is 100% true. They have the best customer service I’ve experienced in my years as doing this as a contractor
when I was redoing my house Tommy helped us find exactly what we were looking for and even made sure that we had the proper grout for it. I highly highly recommend the Old School Tile Company
