The reception staff here are always polite and helpful, but sadly the doctors are the complete opposite. They do not listen, show no genuine interest, and instead of addressing my health properly they repeatedly ring ambulances to get me off the phone. This puts unnecessary strain on the NHS and leaves me without any follow-up or care. It feels impossible to get a face-to-face appointment, and I’m left feeling dismissed every time. Have nothing but good things to say. Never had a problem. Great doctors nurses and receptionists.
My family joined this GP surgery for a few months whist temporarily living in Carrickfergus. I'm very surprised to read so many negative reviews as I thought the overall service we received was excellent. I needed to contact the surgery on a few occasions due to some minor health complaints re myself & my toddler and there was never any issues with getting through on the phone.
