I think it is dishonest to try to charge a costumer 3.5 hours and see if they simply agree, and to have to fight to get the price adjusted to what is (nearly) correct. I will never use them again and I would recommend everyone not to use them. The service was really bad, and they tried to charge me for 3.5 hours of work when the technician had actually worked for less than one hour. It is getting cold and I needed my heat fixed ASAP. John called me the night of my request and said he could have someone out to me the next day. The repairman was on time, courteous, intelligent, and fast. He diagnosed my problem, explained everything he was doing, and resolved it in less than an hour. Great job!
