BEWARE!!! NOT honest business. Came out without basic p-trap pipe and charged $185 for 10 mins evaluation. Wanted to come back for 2nd trip and charges $225 again. Additional parts was needed but refused to give itemize breakdown of parts/labor. Quoted 3 hrs labor for a 30 mins repair. DEFINITELY DISHONEST BUSINESS!!!! Don’t use them!!!

I think it is dishonest to try to charge a costumer 3.5 hours and see if they simply agree, and to have to fight to get the price adjusted to what is (nearly) correct. I will never use them again and I would recommend everyone not to use them. The service was really bad, and they tried to charge me for 3.5 hours of work when the technician had actually worked for less than one hour. The company charges a truck fee along with the initial hour fee to come in, only to show up with no tools or ladder to work. Once I was notified... read more
