reached out to a local, beginning business, because I knew the Dalton Harvey, to remodel my kids room after it flooded from my old water heater. I paid him to rip out carpet in cash. I bought paint, flooring, the padding and trim. He said the labor would be $400. He asked me for $200 to get supplies he needed and I gave it to him.
