Darren's attention to detail is exceptional. Couldn't recommend him highly enough. Our window replacement was perfect.
Darren did an incredible job fixing my sash windows! He was responsive, punctual, and paid great attention to detail. My windows were once completely stuck and wouldn’t budge, but now they glide open effortlessly! Darren even went the extra mile to help me close a window I wasn’t planning to fix yet. Highly recommended! Professional, punctual, knowledgeable, and knows windows! We have a heritage listed house with a number of windows that needed repairs and tweaking. He meticulously worked on them all to have them functioning smoothly, glass replaced, relocked, and tidies up afterwards. His rates are very reasonable, if anything they were half the cost of others quotes. (But NOT half the quality!) And he answers promptly. Very happy with responsiveness and work. Darren very pleasant to have around. Most importantly he 'got it'. It's a rental and I don't want rolls royce service and prices. I just want it fixed for a reasonable price. He accommodated me when one window turned into two also. Very happy and will use again.
