Train here regularly, Micheal is very helpful, Sets up a great programme for me, really pushes me and have found it is really good for my fitness and my mental health.
I have visited Old School Boxing Gym in Darlington a good few times. The sessions are just outstanding, for learning, for fitness. Highly recommended- great set of friendly lads
