I rent from them. I’ve been trying to contact my landlord for nearly two months now about my hot water not working properly. Texts, calls, voicemails to both the office number and his personal number just go ignored. He sends maintenance men to work on the siding but won’t address the fact that one his tenants can’t shower at their own home. Seems petty to have to leave a review, a last ditch effort to get their attention before I have to involve the housing authority 🤷♀️
