My kids are well loved at this center. I have two in the infant room and they are absolutely adored. The teachers are very attentive to their needs. I love the app where I receive updates throughout the day- nap, feedings and the best part, pictures! It makes me happy to see throughout the day. I also love that other teachers from different classrooms get to know my kids too. We have also had to experiment with some possible intolerances and the teachers are on it. I am beyond frustrated this KinderCare location. The facility is outdated and dirty, which alone is unacceptable when it comes to a childcare setting. However, the issues go far beyond just the condition of the center. First, there are serious concerns about the treatment of the children. There have been multiple instances of inappropriate behavior from staff, including yelling at the children and how they handle them. This place is so welcoming both inside and out. The director, Carla, really cares. I'm impressed seeing her interact with both the staff and the children. Carla invests a lot oof her own time into the center which is why it feels so welcoming.

This center has been so nice my daughter is only 3 months but I haven't had any issues and the director is so kind and so are all the teachers. My daughter goes there happy and leaves there happy!

My daughter has enjoyed her time so far here. I feel my child is safe and all staff have been very nice. The director is very nice and prompt with any thing I've needed!
