SC HD team provided excellent attention and care to my “Hot Rod” for which I am grateful. A solid place for engineering and Harley work. Did I mention the folks very engaged on the new Baggers they sell AND ride the new series. Coffee is good to lol.
I just wanted say that I was totally amazed from my experience at this dealership. I was probably visiting there for nearly 2 hours. Taking in all the great merchandise and photos displayed on the walls. I had a pair of Harley Gym sweat pants I needed to return due to a defect in the material. The sales manager Caitlyn Price went the extra mile to make sure I was very satisfied with handling the issue. Her concern for my complaint was addressed and resolved. The staff there were awesome.
