I brought in a 2007 Electra Glide because I lost the fob. The service manager told me I needed a new security system @ $800 plus labor. Either he was lying or did not know what he was talking about. Either way, I won't use these guys. I took the bike to another dealer and was $80 for the fob and $80 for the programming. Shameful.

Sent my '24 CVO RG ST in for a 1k service with H-D Santa Clarita and can truly say it was the best service experience I've had with any vehicle (cars included). They were incredibly responsive and provided updates (with pics and video) throughout and also picked up and delivered my bike directly to my driveway.
