I dont leave reviews often but I was driving home across the country where I had a tire appointment upcoming for new tires. Ended up needing one replaced along the way and nobody I called had my tire size in stock except Old River Tires. Got two 35” tires for an absolute steal. They were balanced and installed in less than 10 minutes from pulling into the parking lot. Thanks again Oscar for the awesome service.
Was in town looking for new tires, saw this tire shop & decided to give it a try. I absolutely love the service and the attention I got by the manager Oscar. He took care of me so well, gave me amazing prices. Came in with 4 bald tires and left with 4 new tires. Amazing employees, will totally come back to this shop ☺️!
Got 2 front tires and my van was wobbly and vibrating afterwards. Took it back and they INSTISTED the tires were good. Told me it was probably something "inside". Took it down to Aaron's in Dayton for them to tell me the drivers side tire was bad and I needed the tires balanced which they are supposed to do when getting new tires. I told them I drive 400+ miles a week and I knew something was wrong. They dismissed me. This is the 3rd time a tire I got from them didn't last longer than 3 months. Will not go back.
