Reasonable place to live, too many houses close to each other, in general good path for a walk, bike, etc
Neighborhood on a horrible downslide. Nightmarish HOA only looking to levy fines and not solve any actual problems, much less listen to the concerns of their homeowners. Can't move out of here fast enough.

Used to love living here but over the last few years the neighborhood has declined greatly, especially the HOA. They are now more about fees and fines rather than supporting their actual homeowners. More and more houses are rentals now, more cars on the streets and in yards, less upkeep happening, and less seeking to understand actual problems that residents may be facing.
