Good luck using this company for a title search. They wanted me to do all the leg work and pay to pull all of our properties mortgage records from the town and send them to their office. Kind of defeats the purpose or paying for a service if I have to do everything. I ended up using another company for our refinance located in Norwalk, CT and couldn't be happier. Just remember when buying a house or refinancing your current mortgage you have the option to choose who does the title/closing and hopefully you will steer clear o... read more
