Review for Old Republic Title Company – Michael Demers I work with title companies all the time, and I’ve never experienced communication this poor. By far, this one wins the prize for lack of communication. Michael Demers didn’t even notify me when the house was sold — easily one of the strangest experiences I’ve had in all my years of real estate. I deal with multiple title companies regularly, and this one stands out for all the wrong reasons. The communication simply wasn’t there.

I just went through the process of purchasing a house, and Cristina at Old Republic was awesome to work with. I went through two different lenders (due to having a "unique" home) and Cristina rolled with the changes, and was always incredibly responsive. Whenever I emailed with any questions, (and I had a lot) she always emailed me back within the day. On top of that she was super friendly and professional.
