Called multiple times over a couple weeks trying to get a title search for buying a house, left messages, agent never got back to me. Ended up going with a different company.
I have been in the New Mexico real estate business since 1976. I have personally closed hundreds of properties with Maura and her team in this office. Without exception, all were completed with precise excellence and with great professionalism. You will find none better.
Not responsive or helpful when I wanted help with my policy.
Should have read the reviews but it was not my choice to select them. Absolute incompetence! As another reviewer said, how can they still be in business is totally incomprehensible. They "didn't get emails", even when you forward them receipts that clearly show that they did. They lack basic communication skills. If you are unsure about some document, then a competent person would ask and confirm! They lack knowledge of buying/selling real estate.
