Use a different title company if you have control over it. They are so incredibly rude in this office.

My client when there today for a closing and the people that work there was so rude, closing day should be a fun experience

Please do not go here. If you are buying a house and given the chance to shop around for the Title company, choose literally any other place! They are disorganized, unprofessional, and do not respect social distancing/disinfecting requirements. This place is an absolute joke and I can only hope this review saves you from experiencing as much frustration as I did. Almost everyone in this office is rude and ignorant. I’m a realtor and I’ve use this title company as well as others for closings. and this is the only one that never gives me a pleasant experience. They are always rude, never smiling, and they talk down to you. A couple times they were unaware of the time a closing is set to happen, and even when I don’t attend the closing but need to pick up my checks, they are not friendly.
