Lisa, Manager of Operations at Ladue location used white out on official recorded document, numbers were not clearly legible. I asked for her to redo the document, she sent over a revision with numerical typos in the General Warranty Deed that she intended to re-file with St. Louis County. (What a nightmare that would have been down the road on a locator number). I had to give her the correct info. I use Old Republic Ladue for most of my real estate transactions because their team’s level of consistently excellent service to my clients. The processors and closers are always available to answer questions or help unravel weird title circumstances, on occasions. All their locations have equally dedicated staff. Amy provides exceptional marketing support. Terri is the only one that I trust for my clients who choose to purchase home warranties.
