Stay away from this title company. They created a mess for me by informing the bank and utility companies of the change of the ownership before the closing and even before the buyer's financing deadline. As the result, when the sale fell through, I ended up with my home equity line of credit closed and some utilities transferred to the buyer's name, which I did not discover months later.
This was my first time closing with Old Republic. Kyle made it such an easy and exciting closing day for my clients. Would recommend!
We couldn't have asked for better people to work with. Especially Brock. We were working on an extremely tight timeline and Brock made the entire process less intimidating. Brock was attentive to detail, always available for questions, and just an amazing person. We are so glad we got to work with Old Republic Title.
Kyle Cain has been great to work with. He is very knowledgeable, professional and does quality work. If you are unsure who to use for title definitely work with Kyle and his team!
