The front desk lady was very confused and not friendly when I asked very basic questions about the signing process like she did not want to talk. Definitely not a customer service place.
When I sold my first propierty it was fine honest, but after few year ,I sold my other lot in Pahrump Nevada it was disaster they send me diferent settlement than they lie to me in different charger from Notary public, they where saying they charger me Régimen fee than I paid before, even talking with Comstock park in Pahrump NV than they don't have to do anything with this Tried to avoid this title company for you own good
The worst experience i ever had with old republic, specially the FortApache Rd. Las Vegas, NV location. I have sold and purchased many many homes in many states but never seen this much lack of quality and service. The Escrow officer, she had huge lack knowledge on POA and the process. Her lack of timing caused delayed in receiving the proceeds from the sell. If I could of given her the Zero star I would off.
