I was a Temp in 1996 working as a Contract Underwriter, but sadly realized that this wasn't the case! I would come to work everyday dressed professionally for my desk job, but my co-workers had me filing tons of paperwork instead. The clincher here is the VP at the time placed a list on my desk for Kitchen Cleaning Duty; I never used the Kitchen or Appliances. I informed them the only Kitchen I cleaned was my own! I recently had my closing at this location, and the staff was very kind, knowledgeable, and professional. Despite a couple of difficulties, they were addressed quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend!

As a lender, it is easy to take the impact of a title company for granted when working on a transaction. 99% of the time things run smoothly, and files close and fund without a second thought. That was not the case with my experience working with this office. Even when specifically instructed by the lender AND client on how they would like the process to move, Old Republic ignored the requests and proceeded however they wanted. Based on my one interaction with them, I can say they will take whatever advantage of you they can. I will never recommend them and will dissuade anyone I hear talking about them .
