Very nice staff. Pleasant office space. Closing too a long time due to a lender error but closer stayed upbeat and friendly.

The staff person at the desk was very nice and he helped me make my deposit even if he didn’t have all the moving parts so that I didn’t have to make another trip. He was focused and no nonsense and did his job. He also gave me a copy of my transaction so I had evidence for my part. Thank you. Ample parking lot and very quiet and clean offices.

Very HORRIBLE experience , came to closing at 2pm on Friday , left at 5:50pm . Closer was unfriendly , rude in her responses . Very difficult to communicate with . DO NOT close here .

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. I closed on Friday, February 4th and a lender requirement was to pay off my Target card at closing, which is standard, right? So, I was under the impression that the check would be cut and sent out. Over a two week period, I continued to check my Target account to see if the money has been posted. Nothing. I called them and dealt with Nick, who was very pleasant and helpful, but I guess there was some miscommunication and the check was stopped on their end.
