I would never use Kim Perry again! Poor communication throughout the entire process. I never received deposit check receipt, escrow number, prelim until requested. Irresponsive to emails and not sharing/forwarding information with her team. I can go on..... So if you want a stressful transaction with title, take Kim!

No shortage of stupidity here! They recorded the sale of a home down my street under my parcel number! We only discovered this when I started receiving offers in the mail under the new homeowner's name at my address. Then we discovered they messed up by also applying the neighbor's property tax payment to our parcel. Until we were able to contact the realtor who directed us to Kim Perry, the escrow officer responsible, we thought there was some kind of fraud going on involving our home. I have been a Realtor for 31 years and have used many title companies and escrow officers. Kim Perry has been my escrow officer on the majority of my sales for the last few years and has gone far and above her duties to make sure all parties are satisfied with the transactions. I give ORT and Kim Perry 5 stars always!

Old Republic title was the company the realtor used when I sold my house. I found their services there very satisfactory. Their office was nice and the staff were professional and competent. They explained every document I was signing, making the whole experience completely transparent. Listen, you don't sell a house every day. You might not know how to do everything but it's reassuringly that somebody can it right one time the only time.
