Awful experience. They ask for documents that they already have and cannot get a legal address correct on the final loan papers. To add to the injury, they are rude and send extremely rude messages to customers instead of admitting to their mistakes. Never again will I ever agree to use this company.

I recently purchased a business and through the process, had to work with ORTC as my title company. This isn't my first experience with them, but will surely be my last. Kristine Lopez, the supposed assistant branch manager appeared to always be too busy to take action.
