As first time home buyers, we had a wonderful experience with Old Republic Title. Brigid and Padraic are fast, smart, reliable and will go above and beyond for their clients. They did a fantastic job with communication between an international seller, and us the buyer, to make sure everything went smoothly. They effectively address and tackle any and all property matters for a successful transaction and they continued to be helpful with follow-up questions. Highly recommend!

I dealt with Brigid years ago when I purchased my home. She was very organized with the documents and procedure to make sure everything was correct. She was also patient with me reading all the documents before I signed them. This must have taken hours

I just used Old Republic Title for the third time in 9 years. I live in Salinas but worked with Matt and Jeff before. 1/15 I worked with Jeff and he was extremely kind and used alot of patience with me as I read half of the docs. Matt and Jeff are the ones to use.
