We had an issue\question arise after closing and when I called to get help the person we spoke to was was very short and unhelpful. I was basically told to figure out myself even though it is as an issue\question they need to help resolve. Would NOT recommend! At first I gave 2 stars but changing to 1 because of the owners response. I think their response shows the lack of customer service they provide. We closed on our home using Old Republic. Atalie was the absolute best. I am highly anxious and she kept me in the loop regarding every step of the way. I had a complicated split title and she handled it with ease. She was professional, supportive and so kind. She personally texted me updates. She was clear and helped me understand all documents. I would highly highly recommend this title company and REQUEST to work with Atalie!
Had a client build with hallmark homes and this was their title company, some pretty significant mistakes were made and they did not care to take any responsibility. I would look elsewhere for your title and escrow needs
