I opened escrow with this company and told them I had cash to pay the earnest money and they said they didnt accept cash which I figured so I asked well how can I pay and I was told they would accept postal money orders or cashiers checks. I got all the postal money orders needed to pay my earnest money and sent them over night to my escrow office Rochelle. We used ORTC as our escrow company for our first home purchase! Everyone here was extremely friendly and Preston was great to work with! They were very quick and accurate at turning out documents especially when it came down to crunch time! Definitely a great company to do business with and highly suggest using them for your title and escrow needs!
