I have used Old Republic Title Cinco Ranch for my business. I use one particular Escorw Agent in particular, her name is Adriana Mitchell. My clients experience has been bar none, with mobile notary across Houston Katy, and surrounding area's. I could of just as easily had a courtesy closing at one of thier many offices, but Adriana makes it seamless, enjoyable, professional and painless. In essence she finishes what she starts. I’ve had the best experience with Old Republic Title! Adriana has been amazing with my clients and makes sure their questions are answered and that they understand the process. She goes above and beyond to make sure everything goes smoothly with each transaction and communicates with all parties. Although she is in the Katy area, she helps facilitate closings at an office that is convenient for the buyers and sellers.

Adrianna the Escrow officer was extremely rude and unprofessional. Communication when the transaction closed was none existent.The title company is supposed to be a non bias party to the transaction and this was not my experience. Katy area has professional title companies just not this one.
