I had an excellent experience with Michelle Savittieri Bernstein during my home closing. From start to finish, Michelle was professional, efficient and helpful, answering all my questions and ensuring I understood every step of the closing process. The paperwork was handle seamlessly and I was kept in the loop every step of the way to the day we closed, with an email by 9.30am advising me, my realtors and the HOA at my new community of the recording of the deed. Hands down the worst closing experiences I have had in my 15+ years as a real estate agent! I have worked with ORT on numerous transactions with unparalleled service. Not at this location, the escrow agent Michelle failed to return phone calls, follow up with lenders, sellers and buyers. This deal was a tad bit more complicated as it involved a 1031 exchange for one of the parties. Michelle never called or acknowledged the exchange agent or included her in emails, paperwork was sloppy and she scrambled to get us to closed.. ... read more
