You can definitely tell these people are trying to help from how nice Suzi is in the office to the knowledge of the staff. My freightliner was derated bad ended up the def level sensor was wrong tank was empty at first I thought they were wrong and was very hesitant but the service manager took enough time to explain the issue long story short don't let his age fool you!
I had my truck towed to Old Pride Truck Center in Marengo OH. My truck would turn over but not crank. Steve, the service manager diagnosed my truck and found that the ECM was bad. We had to get one ordered and shipped in. During that time they took me back and forth to my hotel room. The part came in on Friday and got installed. Truck fired right up and ran great all the way home. The shop is very clean and all the employees work great together. I lost an injector on the 18th and was able to get to Old Pride. They were able to diagnose the problem that afternoon. They had me in the shop early the following morning and I was back on the road by 2pm. I give this place high marks. They were professional, courteous and just really good people! I highly recommend this place. As an added plus, they're located about a mile off of the interstate with a Pilot located near by also.
If it were possible to give 10 stars, I would. Every single person in this shop is top notch. The starter went out on my semi, they came to the truck stop, diagnosed, made arrangements for the tow to their shop. Started working on it right away. We had to wait til the following morning for the new starter. Mr Rob gave me a ride to the hotel, also came back the next morning and picked me up, to go back to the shop.
