Old Port Specialty Tile has a great selection of tiles, including many that you don’t see in other tile shops. We initially bought small glass tiles for our two shower floors and had them installed about five years ago. Unfortunately, some of the tiles started popping out about 18 months ago. It turns out that, even though the manufacturer of these tiles didn’t acknowledge it, they weren’t suited for floor application. Working with their staff to select flooring and wall tiles for our home. Their personnel are outstanding....thank you Sarah and Mark. Their countless selections can accommodate any design preferences. This is my second time working with this establishment. They always exceed my expectations. Highly recommend this place!
Poor customer service. It was my second visit to the store to return some tile samples. I planned to look around at more choices and hopefully make a decision and get price quotes for a kitchen backsplash. I browsed for 15-20 min with no offers from an employee to assist me. I finally went to the area near the checkout where at least 5 employees were sitting on their computers and asked if someone was available to help.
