Today I walked through the city & saw old Port roofing doing something near the Uni. As I've done before, I stopped & said to them that a number of years ago , when living at Semaphore , I made a time for a quote & they didn't turn up. No phone call to rebook, nothing. So today the only response I got from an old guy, ? supervisor, was of him laughing. So it's clear to me that this couldn't care less attitude remains.
1920's house entire roof replaced by Old Port Roofing. Quote was no fuss and there was no upselling of unnecessary extras. The roof installers were all tidy, polite and did a professional job including profiling the ridge caps. Being an old house we expected some additional repairs, these were noted to us with additional quote and these were also carried out professionally. We especially appreciated that the property was left tidy at the end of each day and that communication was good.
Old Port roofing did a great job and were very accommodating with my unusual requests of extra downpipes and redirection of flow, even partially cleaned the gutters. Recent downpours show very effective. The vented skylites in garages mean I can find what I need.
