For my money, HLM (aka OPCM) is a great service oriented Marine business. 6 years ago I requested very specific wants for a pontoon boat. I was looking for a pontoon with 12 person capacity, 90 HP Mercury, AND a price. I solicited info from Macon Marine, Spicers, Pioneer Hills Marine and OPCM. ONLY John Beach from OPCM provided me with EXACT numbers, costs and pictures. The others simply said "Come on in and we can talk (aka, here comes hard sell). Finding a place that would even look at my 20+ year old boat was a challenge. It required detailed systemic troubleshooting. Scott with his team of support including ownership and the women in the office stuck with it and got me back running well. Would recommend this team to anyone. Thanks OPCM.
Great folks! Amazing and responsive customer service! Boat ran perfect! Can say enough good things. Can't wait to rent again from Old Point Comfort again next year! Thanks again! EDIT: We rented a tube, and when we asked the price, it was $40 a day. After returning the boat and tube, we were told it was $75 a day. Not real happy about that.
